Ingredients

75gm of fresh makgeolli (fermented rice wine)
100gm of room temp. water
4gm of instant yeast
30gm of caster sugar
275gm of rice flour
25gm of sweet rice flour (Mochiko)
1 tsp gm salt
30-40 gm of extra water

You can make any flavor you want with the ingredients you have

UBE FLAVOR
3 drops of ube concentrate
About 1 cup of sweet red beans
(You can make it or use canned)

BLACK SESAME FLAVOR
2Tbsp of sesame powder
2 Tbsp of black sesame seeds
Add a Tbsp of water as needed

For topping you can sprinkle same ingredients, or use nut or dried fruits if you want.
