To stay thriving in our profession we have to connect to that spark which keeps us inspired and joyful and excited about our work on a continual basis. There is always more needed from us so we must come alive and stay alive to be ready for our next venture whether a call light, a new role, a career move, a project, etc. This life force within fuels the momentum of our careers and moves our profession onward and upward.
