First and foremost, I had a conversation with PeePaw and DMax after recording this and got more information. Much of what I had said I was assuming in this video was correct. (Of course 😊) I believe ‎@commentarycuisine  made an assumption and ran with it. Much like he criticized others for doing.

With that being said, no one is required to reach out to anyone for clarification, but in the cases of all parties talked about in Asmos video, if you speak your assumptions out loud publicly and are incorrect, you got to take the L.

Best advice for anyone:
You can't prove someone's intentions. You can ONLY assume what someone's intentions are/were and if they say "no, you are wrong", take the L.

It is always best practice to base your opinions on the words someone says and not how YOU interpret those words.

In the case of ‪@weirdcollarguy‬ , he never admitted to doxxing. He admitted to being a part of a doxxing situation unwillingly. "The only time I participated in doxxing...." were his exact words. His story was confusing in the KHuck livestream as well as his own video but regardless of how he sounded in the livestream while telling his story and what was said on that livestream, there is absolutely no possible way to prove without a shadow of a doubt he was a WILLING participant. You can ONLY go by his words unless the other parties involved in his story come forward with conflicting versions.

And I will make a hard stance on this one thing: I will NEVER speak an assumption as fact. When I came back from my break I came back with that mindset and I will continue to ensure that when I speak on assumption, I say that. Whether the listener pays attention is not my job. But I know if anyone says I lied about something I couldn't prove, I'll be able to clip each and every time I frontloaded a statement with that disclaimer. Whether it's 'I'm assuming..." in exact words or in another way, I will always be able to prove that thing at least.
