Riding in Park City offers a lot of variety. You can run everything from flowy blues to rocky steep freeride lines.
Today’s ride is at the Canyons Village of Park City Bike Park. I’ll be riding some B line options off of a closed trail called Drop Kick. Then over to the ridgline double black trail called Canyons DH (also closed). The upper portion of this trail is very tough with multiple gnarly features that give this a true double black rating. After this is another closed double black trail called GoPro Double Down. This is probably only a black IMO and is really short, but a super fun trail.
Riding with guys who are better than you seems to be the best way to get better. This video shows that I think.

My bike:
2023 Specialized Stumpjumper EVO LTD Mullet. I almost always run 18 psi in my Continental Kryptotal front/rear with downhill casing and super soft compound (cushcore in rear). PNW aluminum bars with 35mm rise. Code RS and SRAM HS2 200mm rotors. Rockshox Lyrik and Super Deluxe air. Both are running with nearly completely firm (+) compression to stay composed through the heavy drops and impacts.
