This was a really vulnerable and slightly messy ramble, so please excuse me for the length of the video and my ugly crying. It also didn't feel right to cut the video because I wish to express truthfully, what being vulnerable and truthful looks like for me.

Life truly is beautiful and there is so much to receive if we see that everything that happens, comes with so much more to be grateful for.

I have been praying so much more than meditating nowadays and contemplating a lot about my own spiritual practices and journey. It's taken me on this new path of self-discovery and deepening of what faith could or should look like for me.

I have a lot more revelations that came about from my pilgrimage and recovery post accident that I am still processing so until it's time for me to share more of these tiny pockets of reflections, I hope this gives you perspective to all you are experiencing or might have experienced.
