Ingredients for Unakkameen Chertha Nadan Chembu Curry
Chembu. (Taro) 300 g
Unakkameen. (Dried fish) 100 g
Shallots. 10 Pungent chilli. 8
Garlic. 4 Coconut. 3/4 cup
Coriander powder. 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder. 2 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek. 1 pinch Brindleberry. 2 pieces
Mustard. 1/2 tsp Red chilli. 3
Salt, coconut oil, curry leaves, water as needed
