This is quite possibly one of my all-time favorite kdramas. Although it may be cliche and some of the scenes are a bit cringey, it's a main source of comfort for me and whenever I watch it or listen to the soundtrack (which is one of the best soundtracks in kdrama btw) I feel instantly happy.

If you're looking for a heartwrenching show, this one is quite lacking, but it is full of deep and important messages, plus it is a great representation of the trials a idol must face in an overwhelmingly toxic industry and what people will give for their dream. Plus it asks an important question of why we should choose between those we love, and the dream we long to pursue.

I think it covers important topics and discussions, while following a love story between a joyful young girl and a lost producer. It's a beautiful story to me, with all it's comedy and cliches and is a great example of a cliche done correctly, and a healthy fruitful relationship that grows stronger as long as you hold on.
