In the phone you can see that is the volume up button and volume down button and there is the power on-off button and the phone home keypad button. We will use that three keys to hard reset the Samsung phone.

First, we have to just power off the phone by pressing on the power button and then we have to select the power off button and press it to shut down the smartphone. After the phone completely shut down, it will vibrate. After the vibration we will start the hardreset procedure to do so we have to press the volume up button, the power button and the home key button all together. So, we will press these 3 buttons at a time and hold it for a few seconds until the installation page come.

Now it will install the system update, so we have to wait. Then we have to do the system reboot. To select any option, we can move around by volume down key and volume up key and we can select the option by power key. So, now we will just move down and will take the fifth option wipe data and factory reset. Then select the 5th option by pressing on the power button. Next, we have to do the reboot system now. it is the number 1 option and we have to select it with the power button.

Then after reboot the Android will start again and show welcome message. And then we have to just select the language from there, select to English United Kingdom then we will press on start. Next, we have to connect Wi-Fi or SIM data. Go next and we have to agree to all terms and condition. Finally, we just have to sign in using our Gmail account. After login with our Gmail account, we can restore data from our previous phone or we can just select don't restore option to skip restoring. Then you can give your fingerprints or patterns lock or you can select the no thanks. We can do it later. Create Samsung account or login with username password if you already have a Samsung account.
