This was created back in 2010 by MashedByMachines uploading on Newgrounds, has nothing to do with SS13 and the author only found out it was in use in 2019.

Rumour had it this song was made for software installers used by the Piracy group CODEX but this turned out to probably not be true (Thanks to bitz-and-richez and their co-worker for trying with that lead).
