2 oz plant-based milk (or water)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp rhodora
1/2 tsp ginseng
1/2 tsp bacopa
1 serving mushroom blend (follow providers directions)
1/2 tsp astragalus
1 tsp turmeric
some black pepper
