Kali ini saya akan kongsikan cara mudah untuk sediakan spageti olio aglio udang menggunakan pasta angel hair. Spageti ini tidak terlalu berminyak dan cukup rasa walaupun tidak banyak bahan. Sesuai dihidangkan untuk makan malam untuk seisi keluarga.

Jumlah Hidangan : 6 orang

❤️BAHAN PERAPAN UDANG :
400 ke 500 gm udang saiz XL (buang kulit & urat tengah)
1 sudu besar jus lemon
1 ulas bawang putih (parut)
1/4 sudu teh kepingan cili
1 sudu teh garam
1/2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
Serbuk lada hitam kasar secukupnya

❤️BAHAN REBUSAN PASTA :
500 gm pasta angel hair (1 peket)
Air secukupnya untuk merebus pasta
1 sudu teh garam

❤️BAHAN TUMISAN :
1/4 cawan minyak zaitun
6 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
1/2 sudu besar kepingan cili
1 ketul kiub pati ikan bilis
1/2 cawan air rebusan pasta (atau secukupnya)
Garam secukupnya
pasta yang telah direbus
udang yang telah digoreng
10 gm parsley (6 ke 7 tangkai - cincang)
Daun basil untuk hiasan

This time I want to share easy to make and delicious angel hair prawn olio aglio. The spaghetti is not too greasy and the combination of sauteed garlic and chili flakes in olive oil create aromatic flavor. Make this dish to be served as dinner for your whole family.

Serving Size : 6 people

❤️PRAWN MARINADE :
400 to 500 gm XL size prawn (shell removed & deveined)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Coarse black pepper powder as required

❤️BOILED PASTA :
500 gm angel hair pasta (1 packet)
1 tsp salt
Water as required

❤️SAUTEED INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 cup pasta boiled water
1 anchovies stock cube
Salt to taste
Boiled pasta
Fried prawns
10 gm parsley (6 to 7 stalks - chopped)
Basil leaves for garnish
