I build a tubing bender using an Affordable Bender die set ($150), pillow block bearings ($30) and 16ft of 1-1/2 inch .120 wall tubing, about 4ft of 1 inch .120 wall tubing, and a 8x8 1/4 inch plate ($75) and an air-powered 12-ton hydraulic jack ($75) some nuts and bolts and paint ($20) .
Total cost about $350

Using just a hand drill and angle grinder, and mig welder.
It took about 6 hours or so to make it. It is heavy, probably add some wheels to the bottom so it can roll around easily.
