The President of the Republic of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh arrived in the Somali capital of Mogadishu earlier on Wednesday for an official state visit. The visit comes at a time when Somalia has stepped up an operation targeting terror groups in the country. Djibouti's armed forces are part of AU peacekeepers who are battling al-shabaab militants in Somalia.
