Where should you stay when visiting downtown Atlanta, Ga? I think the American Hotel could be the best hotel for your money, especially if you typically stay at Hilton properties. You can't beat the historic, mid-century decor, and the location is about as convenient as you can get downtown.

If you are headed to Mercedes Benz Stadium for a Falcons game, the State Farm Arena for a Hawks game, The Tabernacle for a concert, or to the Georgia Aquarium, this hotel is within walking distance. It's also well-located if you want to be close to Centennial Park or if you're visiting for DragonCon.
If you are headed out to Cobb county to catch an Atlanta Braves game, this hotel will keep you away from the crowds and keep you safe from the gameday pricing for the hotels closer to Truist Park.

Valet Parking: $45.00 per night
Hotel: $150 per night during the week
