This is part two of our adventures in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. We revisit the Old Town (on a Tuesday this time because almost every spot we wanted to visit is closed on Mondays) to go into some of the house-museums, 18th-century aristocrats' homes that have been converted into, you guessed it, museums.

Then we took a stroll up one of Plovdiv's seven hills to take in the sunset and celebrated our good fortune at one of the best restaurants in Bulgaria, nay, the world.

We loved our time in Plovdiv and can't wait to visit this amazing ancient city again!
