Jeremy Lee began his career working for Simon Hopkinson, before joining Terence Conran as head chef of The Blueprint Café. Very much the chef’s chef, he is described by restaurant critic Jay Rayner as “one of those rare phenomena in the London food world: a chap everyone agrees is a good thing.
